Linda has been with and managed the company for over 40 years. She holds an Arkansas real estate broker's license and is the Principal Broker of the company. She oversees all of the operations of the company and ensures that all property owners and tenants receive critical information on such topics as market rents and leasing strategies. She also makes certain that the company employs the best vendors for property services.

Scott has been with the company for over 5 years and handles payables, receivables, financial reports, and the cash flow disbursments for all owner/client properties. he also assists in setting up the online portals for property owners and tenants.

Leasing Agents

Both John and Larry hold Arkansas real estate licenses and oversee the properties managed by Providence Property Management. Their duties include showing properties for rent and performing inspections when there is a change in tenants, securing applications for prospective tenants and obtaining full background checks on all tenants who wish to rent a property, preparing leases and obtaining the necessary signatures from tenants, engaging in discussions with tenants with past due rent balances and performing evictions when necessary. They work diligently in getting and keeping properties rented and in mitigating operational expenses for our clients.

All of the staff fully understand the importance of prompt and timely communications in maximizing the return on investment for our owners/clients.
